Purpose of this website
This site is an informational guide to whale and dolphin watching in the south of Tenerife. It does not process bookings or payments. Tours are contracted directly on whalewatchtenerife.org, which has its own terms and conditions and its own privacy policy.
This site is published by the same company that operates the tours it describes.
Conditions of use
Using this site gives you the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms in the version published at the moment of access. The content is offered in good faith and kept up to date as far as reasonably possible, but prices, departure times, sea conditions and species information may change without notice. Nothing here constitutes a contractual offer; the binding conditions of any tour are those published by the operator at the time of booking.
You agree not to use this site for any purpose contrary to the law, to good faith or to public order, nor to attempt to damage, overload or impair its normal operation.
Intellectual and industrial property
The design of this site, its source code, texts, photographs, video, logos and distinctive signs belong to Whale Watch Tenerife S.L. or to their respective rights holders, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
